BizTalk Server Integration with SAP NetWeaver
SAP Web Application Server 6.20 - the platform for SAP NetWeaver and SAP 4.7 - is able to send and receive IDocs in XML format. We have used this capability in a few projects to connect BizTalk Server to SAP NetWeaver over HTTP. The integration worked well and performance was very satisfying based on our configuration (2 loadbalanced Web Server for receiving the IDocs and a BizTalk Server Group with 2 dual-processor Server etc.).
